In it’s annual report the EPA recently published it’s findings on the top 25 US Cities with the most Energy Star rated buildings. Los Angeles continues to rank #1, but the few suprises are Denver, jumping to #4 (due in part to the city’s leadership from the Mayor’s office), and Washington DC, bumped San Francisco to take over the #2 spot. In 2009 the number of Energy Star rated buildings jumped an astounding 40% compared to 2008.
